STORY
This is the garden of a privately owned house in Kyoto, Japan. We designed this garden with the motif of delicacy, grace and elegance, which are symbols of Kyoto. The combination of Y-junctions creates a mechanism that draws you deeper into the area without showing you everything that's going to happen. The design disperses the energy that fills the garden in a Y-shape, allowing you to enjoy different expressions of the garden from time to time.
